Mission M108 Update

Thank you Popham !

The Popham Microlight Trade Fair took place in the traditional May Bank Holiday slot. Despite a breezy Saturday, our stand was very busy. Many old friends came to say hello and new ones were made. Thanks to all, and we hope to see you again at AeroExpo, Wycombe Air Park 13-15th June.

Flying season in full swing - G-OZZE touring

Mission M108 taildragger anyone? Well here is your chance. G-OZZE is now available for demo flights with our resident flying instructor. We will be displaying G-OZZE at the events in the coming season. If you can’t wait to see G-OZZE in person, have a look at the publication ‘LAA Today’, the guide to affordable flying published by the Light Aircraft Association. The cover features G-OZZE doing what aircraft do best!

New M108 instrument panels

Building on our tradition of offering fully integrated instrument panel solutions, we are pleased to announce the latest developments in modern avionics for the Mission M108.
Whilst remaining loyal to the original concept, some noticeable changes have been made for 2019. All three instrument panels feature the Garmin G3X Touch system, and have been named the “VFR Panel”, “VFR Plus Panel” and “IFR Panel”.

News on M108 avionics options

Another new option for M108 aircraft with “VFR Panel” is the Trig Avionics TN72 GPS position source. When equipped with a Trig TT21 Mode S transponder, the TN72 enables the transponder to transmit a higher level of ADS-B out data, enhancing the electronic conspicuity.

Also, the Garmin GPS175, Garmin’s very new entry-level certified GPS navigator is now available as an option with our “VFR Plus Panel” and as standard fit with the “IFR Panel”.

Mission M108 in France

On May 28th 2019, the Mission M108 was granted type approval no. A-0029 by the French Civil Aviation Authority (DGAC) under their CNSK regulation for kit built aircraft.
This type approval comprises both M108 nosewheel and taildragger versions, as well as the, by now well-established build assist programme. The Mission M108 is already cleared to 660 kg in France.

Aero Expo UK

The Mission M108 will be exhibited at AeroExpo, High Wycombe on 13-14-15 June.
